"Penta's Magic Pen" Streaming Guidelines

Effective date: July 28, 2026

The developer welcomes videos and live streams featuring gameplay and screenshots of the Android app "Penta's Magic Pen" (the "App"). As long as you stay within these guidelines, anyone may post and stream freely without asking for individual permission.

1. What Is Allowed

Posting gameplay videos, screenshots, and live streams on video/streaming platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and X (Twitter)
Monetization through each platform's official features (ad revenue, memberships, tips/Super Chat, etc.)
Any format is fine: let's plays, walkthroughs, reviews, introductions, and more

About spoilers: feel free to stream everything, up to and including the ending. The puzzles in the App have no single fixed answer — every player's solution is different — so please show off yours.

2. What Is Not Allowed

Extracting, redistributing, or selling the App's assets (images, music, characters, etc.) separately from your video
Presenting your video or stream as official content from the developer
Combining the App with content that is obscene, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights
Selling the video or stream data itself (members-only releases through a platform's official features are fine)

3. Companies and Commercial Organizations

For use by companies or commercial organizations (such as streaming on a corporate channel), please contact us in advance at the address below.

4. Miscellaneous

Crediting the App is optional (we'd be happy if you mention "Penta's Magic Pen").
When monetizing, please also check the terms of the platform you use.
These guidelines may be changed without notice. The revised guidelines take effect when posted on this page.
The developer provides no individual guarantees or support for activities based on these guidelines.
